21 August 2026 is an important date for us. The Ambassadors of Bytom and Silesia Association is beginning a new, now official stage of its activity.

What for a long time existed as an idea, a shared passion and a consistently developed project has now gained a formal framework. Ambassadors of Bytom and Silesia has been entered in the register of ordinary associations maintained by the Mayor of Bytom under number 78.

The Association has also received its official identification number: REGON 545521375.

For us, however, this is much more than a formality. It is the moment when we can say even more clearly: we are working together for Bytom, Silesia and Poland.

Management Board

The Association is represented by:

Each of us brings different experience, skills and perspectives to the Association. What connects us is the belief that the image of a city and a region is not created solely through major promotional campaigns.

It is built every day – by people, their activities, initiatives, entrepreneurship, culture, sport, education and the stories worth sharing with others.

Why Ambassadors of Bytom and Silesia?

We want to promote Bytom as a place to live, do business and invest, and Silesia as a region in which to live, work, develop entrepreneurship and create new opportunities. At the same time, we want to present Poland as a country worth discovering.

An important part of our activities will be local engagement, integration of residents, culture and education, environmental protection, sustainable tourism, sport and physical activity.

We also want to cooperate with organisations, institutions, businesses and individuals who share similar goals and values.

People come first

Ambassadors of Bytom and Silesia is intended to become a space connecting people who want to create something positive – regardless of their age, profession or background.

We want to bring together entrepreneurs, residents, athletes, representatives of culture and education, and social organisations.

We want to be where things are happening. Meet people. Show places. Tell stories. Connect communities that may operate separately today but can achieve much more together.

Bytom is the beginning

Bytom is our home and our starting point.

This is where we want to showcase people, companies, heritage, culture, sport, history and the contemporary face of the city. But we do not intend to stop at its borders.

Silesia is part of our identity, while Poland is a space we want to discover and promote.

Today, we officially begin

We see 21 August 2026 not as the end of the process of establishing the Association, but as the beginning.

Projects, meetings, partnerships, new stories and new places are ahead of us.

We want to show Bytom through the eyes of people who truly know it. We want to present a modern and entrepreneurial Silesia that is also conscious and proud of its history. And we want to promote Poland through the people and places we can be proud of.

Because being an ambassador for your city and region is not simply about saying that you love it.

It means doing something that allows others to see its value too.
