Wiktoria Kwiatkowska
Founder of the Association
Entrepreneur, manager, trainer, and creator of the Wiktoria Kwiatkowska personal brand. For many years, she has combined business development with social initiatives, education, logistics, transport, and international cooperation.
She is the co-founder and one of the leaders of TSL Silesia Group – a business group providing services in transport, freight forwarding, logistics, business consulting, marketing, professional training, and business development. Throughout her career, she has managed teams, developed new services, built business strategies, and led national and international projects.
She is also the creator of the EVEREST project, supporting entrepreneurs, managers, and individuals seeking professional growth through practical education, mentoring, and business networking.
As a trainer and consultant, she specializes in management, leadership, communication, branding, entrepreneurship, and organizational development. Her mission is to connect business, education, local communities, and social responsibility.
Within the Association, she is responsible for strategic development, partnerships, fundraising, and projects promoting Bytom, Silesia, and Poland while supporting entrepreneurship, education, sport, and community engagement.
Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski
Founder of the Association
Entrepreneur, driving instructor, and long-time manager in the driver education sector. For many years, he has been involved in the management and development of a Driving Training Centre (OSK), promoting road safety and high standards of driver education.
He is also a soldier of the Territorial Defence Forces (WOT) and an active Honorary Blood Donor, regularly supporting initiatives promoting blood donation and civic responsibility.
Within the Association, he coordinates projects related to public safety, civic education, blood donation campaigns, logistics, and cooperation with public institutions and social organizations.
Jarosław Kwiatkowski
Founder of the Association
International Relations Coordinator
Translator and multilingual communication specialist fluent in four languages.
He is responsible for international cooperation, communication with foreign partners, and supporting the integration of foreigners living in Poland. He also organizes multilingual social events, including the popular Mafia game conducted in four languages, helping participants build relationships and overcome cultural barriers.
Aleksander Kwiatkowski

Sports Projects Coordinator
Former youth player of Polonia Bytom, passionate about sport and youth development.
He promotes sport as a tool for education, discipline, teamwork, and healthy living. Within the Association, he coordinates sports initiatives, supports cooperation with sports organizations, and inspires young people to pursue an active lifestyle while promoting Bytom, Silesia, and Poland.
